Supported platform
The current App Store release is AyniCam 2.0 for iPhone, requiring iOS 17.0 or later. The App Store checks whether your device can install it. OS compatibility alone is not a performance guarantee: model choice, camera workload, temperature and storage can affect the experience. No device-by-device physical benchmark is published here.
Is there an Android app or APK?
The official download linked by AyniCam is the iPhone App Store listing, app ID 6788975253. We have not identified an official Android release or APK in the current product records. An APK cannot install the iPhone app. Use the official listing and contact support if you need help identifying the correct product.
Languages are three separate questions
Optional voice alerts support English, French and Arabic. The current App Store listing metadata is English. Voice languages, listing languages and interface-language options are different; check the installed app’s Settings for its available interface choices. The website has English, French and Arabic pages.
Permissions and connectivity
Camera access is needed for the camera view and road detection. Location supports position, maps, directions and weather. Pro microphone recording needs permission; optional emergency voice confirmation has its own settings and permissions. Camera AI and saved clips are local, while maps, search, directions and weather require online requests. With a permission denied, expect the related function to be limited.
Recording and vehicle integrations
Prepare the app while parked and maintain the supported active camera workflow. Background recording, screen-lock behavior and CarPlay integration have not been verified by a released-app device test in this documentation. Do not purchase on the assumption that they are supported. An incident buffer is also different from a continuously recorded trip.
Before installing or contacting support
Check the iOS version, available storage, desired recording mode and current Free/Pro features. For a problem, share the app version, iOS version, device model and a description of the steps with support. Do not send private route history or video unless it is needed and you choose to share it.
